Invitation Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Property Management to deliver outstanding service to residents in a fast‑paced setting. You will support property management operations, assist with resident inquiries, and help ensure a seamless experience from move‑in through ongoing occupancy.

The role requires high school or GED, proven customer service or property management experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in property management administration or customer service.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; familiarity with property software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in person or by phone in a professional manner.
• Handle property issues and conduct general property condition assessments.
• Complete welcome calls and emails to ensure a smooth move‑in.
• Assist in processing Public Housing Agency applications and communications with Housing Authority.
• Perform outbound rent delinquency calls and address HOA violations.
• Review and manage action items on the task list.
