Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, resident satisfaction, lease administration, and financial results for our property. You will lead site staff, coordinate maintenance, and ensure top-tier service for residents and clients.

Responsibilities include managing rent collection, delinquency, P&L, and marketing in line with company standards; recruiting and coaching staff; and implementing safety and emergency plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in property management required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of resident lifecycle and Salesforce.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines.
• Coordinate safety, risk management, and emergency plans.
