Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry, seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial and operational aspects of the property.

The role involves file management, resident relations, rent collection, evictions coordination, and data entry in PM software, with opportunities for professional development and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• 6 months experience in property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run reports.
• Provide excellent resident service and respond to requests.
• Collect payments and monitor evictions/move-outs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during evictions.
• Maintain move-in/out and renewals data in PM software.
• Oversee renter’s insurance procedures.
• Assist with applications and show units.
• Keep lease terms and occupancy knowledge up to date.
