Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational facets of the property. The role emphasizes resident relations, leasing, and data entry within our property management software, with a focus on professional conduct and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and supervise evictions, skips, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files; enter data in property management software.
• Oversee renter's insurance procedures and deposits.
• Process applications from prospective residents and ensure accurate screening.
• Maintain model/target apartments and keep a clean workspace.
• Know lease terms, unit specs, availability, market conditions, and policies.
