The role requires strong leadership, budgeting skills, and the ability to collaborate with marketing, legal, human resources, and finance to maintain compliant, high‑quality operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing operations and directly supervising staff in a hospitality, retail, customer service and/or property management environment.
• Strong leadership aptitude; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills; strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage operations within an approved annual budget and perform financial analysis.
• Ability to quickly learn property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and financial performance of the apartment community.
