Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group in Nashville is seeking talented Community Managers for future opportunities across our growing multifamily portfolio. Lead daily operations, drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction while coaching onsite teams.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, experience managing budgets and metrics, and proficiency with Yardi or similar software; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a valid driver's license and eligible mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Previous Community Manager experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven success with occupancy, collections, resident retention, and financial performance.
• Excellent resident relations and customer service abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, reports, and property performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Yardi or other property management software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus!
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident retention.
• Manage community financial performance, including collections, delinquency, and budget adherence.
• Recruit, develop, and coach onsite team members.
• Build positive relationships with residents while resolving concerns professionally and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor property appearance, curb appeal, and maintenance performance.
• Analyze reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute action plans to achieve property goals.
• Partner with regional leadership to maximize community performance and resident satisfaction.
