Qualifications

• 3–5 years of previous experience in maintenance preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, and motivate site maintenance personnel.
• Monitor property for necessary repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
