Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee an assigned property, optimize occupancy, and drive resident satisfaction. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and experience in property management, with focus on financial performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or related experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and property management software (Yardi preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Knowledge of financial reports, budgeting, and property operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations and maintain a welcoming environment for residents.
• Show apartments, explain lease terms, and process leasing documentation.
• Manage rent collections, deposits, and related accounting tasks.
• Address resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and identify repairs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the on-site team.
• Review financial and operational reports; implement cost control strategies.
• Monitor local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure safety, security, and policy compliance.
• Lead regular team meetings and required trainings.
