Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager to join our team in Tennessee. Under the Regional Manager, the Community Manager supports all aspects of community operations, supervises associates, and ensures leasing and customer service standards are met across our portfolio.

Responsibilities include directing marketing, handling renewals, collecting rents, managing budgets and delinquency processes, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar.
• High school diploma required; college education or CAM/ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise community associates and lead customer service and leasing standards.
• Direct marketing efforts and manage renewal letters and rate decisions.
• Collect rents, manage delinquencies, and enforce the lease to maximize revenue.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Plan resident activities, newsletters, and loyalty programs.
