Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to drive performance metrics, manage site teams, and deliver exceptional service to residents while maximizing asset value. The role reports to the Regional Director - Operations and oversees leasing, maintenance, and risk controls.

The ideal candidate will lead with a strong mix of finance, marketing, and people skills, ensuring alignment with budgeted occupancy targets and NOI goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant property management experience may substitute.
• 2+ years of property management experience required, preferably in multifamily/student housing.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team and provide guidance to achieve occupancy and NOI targets.
• Oversee financial reporting, budget adherence, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing plans, and rent strategy to hit occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Maintain resident relations and manage service requests and community events.
