Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Community Manager to lead on-site teams, drive occupancy and NOI, and provide exceptional resident service. You will manage leasing, marketing programs, maintenance planning, and budgeting while ensuring compliance with housing laws.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 2 years in property management, with strong leadership and communication skills. Local licensing and student housing experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years in property management roles.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications preferred where required.
• Experience with student housing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to achieve occupancy and budget targets.
• Analyze financials, forecast decisions, and control expenditures.
• Partner with leasing/marketing to meet occupancy goals.
• Oversee maintenance planning, contracts, and safety compliance.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and manage service quality.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
