Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably student housing.
• Licenses/certifications locally mandated are strongly preferred or required.

Responsabilidades

• Team Management: lead site team, set expectations, monitor performance.
• Financial Management: analyze reports, forecast decisions, manage budgets.
• Leasing & Marketing: plan occupancy strategies, monitor leasing velocity, relationships with partners.
• Facilities: plan and supervise maintenance, manage bids and contracts.
• Customer Service: manage Residence Life programs, resolve disputes, protect online reputation.
• Risk Control: uphold Fair Housing laws, protect information, coordinate with attorneys.
