GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Columbus, OH, to support the Community Manager and drive operational and financial success for our residential community. The role emphasizes rent collection, leasing, marketing support, and team leadership to deliver exceptional resident experiences and maintain a polished, welcoming environment.

Weekend availability and driving are required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of property management operations and Fair Housing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; RealPage/OneSite experience preferred.
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection processes and lease compliance to maximize occupancy.
• Lease new and available apartment homes and support marketing initiatives.
• Coach and develop leasing team and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Maintain a guest-ready leasing office and enforce safety standards.
• Monitor budgets, reporting, and occupancy/retention goals.
• Lead weekly team meetings and support Community Manager on initiatives.
• Support move-ins/outs, CRM activities, and resident events.
