Responsibilities include rent processing, lease enforcement, marketing support, and driving occupancy and resident retention while upholding Fair Housing and safety standards. The role offers commission and bonus potential beyond a base salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of property management operations and Fair Housing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; RealPage/OneSite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection processes and lease enforcement.
• Lease new apartment homes and support marketing/outreach initiatives.
• Drive resident retention and ensure a polished, welcoming environment.
• Ensure timely data entry and required reports.
• Support occupancy, retention, and rental rate goals.
