Qualifications

• Experience in property management.
• Experience with Tax Credit & Lease Up.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Marketing and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operations of the apartment community.
• Handle rent collection and application of payments.
• Market vacant units and assist with leasing.
• Support administrative duties as needed.
