Balfour Beatty Communities is hiring an Assistant Community Manager in Denton, TX. You will support the Community Manager in day-to-day operations, marketing, and resident relations, delivering excellent service to our residents while upholding the company’s safety and performance standards.

The role involves supervising the property team, coordinating leasing and financial tasks, and contributing to a positive community experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of people management experience in property management or a customer-service environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the community in the most efficient and profitable manner possible, aligned with company goals.
• Coach and develop members of the property team; promote safety and BB values across operations.
• Monitor rent collection and financial tasks; generate monthly closing reports.
• Oversee leasing and move-in/move-out processes, ensuring a smooth resident experience.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional and responsive interactions.
• Attend and assist with resident events as needed.
