Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a property operations coordinator to support the Operations Director and site team in achieving exceptional living standards and strong financial performance.

You will oversee leasing, reporting, vendor communications, and rent collections while maintaining high resident satisfaction. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on collaboration with a multi-site team.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in property management, hospitality, or customer-service oriented environment.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid state driver’s license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted occupancy and oversee leasing and market reporting.
• Review Purchase Orders, invoices, and vendor communications; assist with financial reports.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and coordinate with maintenance for property needs.
• Conduct inspections and manage move-ins/move-outs and deposits.
• Hire, train, and coach team members and support career development.
