Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to deliver exceptional living experiences across our properties and lead engagement with residents and the Community Management Team. The role supports leasing goals and occupancy while guiding teams through applications, offers, move-ins, renewals, and moves.

You will manage on-site operations, maintain high service standards, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years in customer service.
• Property Management or Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted occupancy and implement marketing strategy; review leasing and prospect management.
• Renew residents at end of lease terms where required.
• Deliver high levels of resident experience and satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Guide move-in to renewal processes and ensure smooth transitions.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify deficiencies and address them.
• Conduct pre-inspections for move-ins and post move-out inspections using company software.
• Monitor and manage vacancies and follow up on vacate notices.
• Train staff on software usage to ensure policy compliance.
• Support resident engagement events and Lifeworks activities.
• Assist residents with lease needs, inquiries, and policies.
