Job summary

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Director and site teams in delivering exceptional living experiences and strong financial performance across our installations.

You will oversee leasing, rent collections, vendor communications, inspections, and team coaching while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures across multiple residential sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Minimum of two years in property management or a customer-service environment.
• Strong people management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted occupancy and oversee leasing and prospect management.
• Review PO/Journals, process invoices, and manage vendor communications.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and rent collections.
• Oversee move-ins/outs, deposits, and post charges; ensure accurate records.
• Maintain policy compliance and coordinate with military housing offices on issues.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in interviewing and onboarding.
