WRH Realty Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Florida to support the property manager with daily operations, tenant satisfaction, and rent collection. You will handle onboarding, leasing, and coordination with maintenance while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role emphasizes customer service, communication, and organizational skills to manage the resident lifecycle effectively across the property.

Responsabilités

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property, focusing on resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and deposits.
• Complete system reports accurately and timely.
• Audit lease files for accuracy and track lease expirations.
• Process evictions and serve notices as required.
• Lease apartments as needed and support resident relations.
• Assist with training staff on leasing, traffic entry, marketing, maintenance and office operations.
