Job summary

Royal American Management seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing and resident relations at one of our properties in Florida. Under the Community Manager, you will handle administrative duties and help implement policies while maintaining accurate financial records.

You will assist with marketing, rent collection, budgeting, and coordination with vendors, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Leasing Consultant or similar role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with property management software and general computer use is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leasing, screening, and resident relations.
• Help develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns for the property.
• Maintain rent collection procedures and assist with budgeting and financial records.
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist in scheduling property maintenance and inspections; review maintenance reports.
• Provide exceptional service to residents, visitors, and staff to foster a welcoming environment.
