Zusammenfassung

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations and day-to-day operations at our residential communities in Florida. You will help with move-out notices, lease renewals, rent collections and keeping the property well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience, strong communication skills and comfort with MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule including weekends.

Aufgaben

• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Assist with marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions and publications.
• Manage rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
• Review vacancies, make-ready apartments and models.
• Inspect property for policy violations, needed repairs and landscaping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
