Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in achieving occupancy targets and enforcing community standards. The role emphasizes rent collection, application review, move-in audits, and regular reporting while coordinating with leasing staff and service teams.

You will work on-site in Orlando, handle resident interactions, assist with hosting resident functions, and contribute to leasing efforts, with occasional weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and know local policies.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Review and approve applications with proof of income.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents are completed.
• Ensure residents' billing is accurate.
• Complete monthly reports.
• Assist with budgeting and bill uploads.
• Troubleshoot resident issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist leasing and take tours as required.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team.
• Support occupancy and leasing goals with Property Manager.
• Aid resident events and renewals.
• May require one weekend per month.
