Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Dallas, TX. The role supports the property manager in daily operations, rent collections, and leasing activities, ensuring resident satisfaction and compliant administration.

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience are required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Maintain accounts receivable including collecting rent and posting rent.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Lease apartments and handle move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and alert maintenance to issues.
