Job summary

Northland is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Glenn Perimeter, a 320-unit community in central Atlanta. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, supervise leasing and maintenance staff when needed, and help manage rent collection and budgets.

This role emphasizes professionalism and resident service, with opportunities to travel to other properties and occasionally work weekends.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Hospitality or property management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with staff, residents, and vendors.
• Weekend shifts may be required and discussed in interview.
• Travel may be required to assist other properties or attend training.
• May be required to operate a golf cart on the property.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Assist with supervision of leasing and maintenance staff in the manager's absence.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency in collaboration with the Community Manager.
• Support profitability, cost control, and budget adherence for the community.
• Proactively manage resident concerns to maintain a top-tier living experience.
