Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Alpharetta, GA to support leasing, operations, and staff supervision. You’ll help manage daily tasks, mentor teammates, and ensure responsive resident service in a high-demand multifamily community.

You’ll handle rent processing, resident documentation, and retention activities while upholding Fair Housing standards. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years experience in leasing, sales, or property management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
