Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in financial and operational duties.
• Assist with leasing and marketing to meet occupancy goals.
• Process invoices, deposits, and rent collections; reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and vendor/contractor relations.
• Greet residents and maintain positive resident relations; help enforce leases and policies.
