Henssler Property Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Kennesaw, GA. You will support the Community Manager, help maximize occupancy, and coordinate leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations across the community.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation; this position requires travel to conduct site visits at assigned communities.
• Basic knowledge of Multifamily Community Management and Fair Housing Regulations.
• 2+ years of onsite community management experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong technical skills - MS Word and Excel; Yardi experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maximizing occupancy levels and property values.
• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Greet and show property to prospective tenants; handle tenant inquiries.
• Ensure lease files are complete and leases are executed properly.
• Coordinate maintenance and service activities with property staff.
• Conduct safety practices and participate in property inspections.
