Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operations of our Maryland communities, ensuring efficient leasing, maintenance coordination, and timely reporting to support resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong organization, leadership, and customer service skills, with responsibilities spanning lease administration, rent collection, staff development, marketing, and risk management.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required regionally.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Maintain property P&L and marketing in line with company standards.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates; communicate the vision.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract residents.
• Respond to resident complaints; liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain knowledge via trainings and professional networks.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
