Greystar is seeking a Property Manager in Tempe, AZ to oversee day-to-day operations for two or more properties. You will lead a team, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

You will drive occupancy and revenue through strategic rent setting, marketing initiatives, and responsive resident service. A strong background in property management and vendor coordination is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and review monthly financials.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.

• Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
