Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations: ensure a positive experience from move-in to move-out and address complaints promptly.
• Fiduciary: manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals to drive financial health.
• Staff Leadership: oversee on-site operations, provide feedback and development, and ensure effective communication.
• Adherence to rules: ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and industry regulations.
• Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
