Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Community Manager to oversee a property, mentor associates, and ensure exceptional resident service. You will lead leasing, budgeting, and vendor coordination while maintaining compliance with applicable programs and regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record in multifamily property management. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• State license where required for Property/Community Manager.
• 3+ years property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with OneSite is preferred.
• Computer literacy and basic software skills expected.
• Experience in affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD or Rural Development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned property operations and staff leadership.
• Supervise and train community associates and evaluate performance.
• Develop marketing and advertising campaigns for leasing.
• Manage rent collection, deposits, and security deposits.
• Monitor vendor and contractor work and ensure compliance.
