Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Property Manager to act as the owner’s on-site representative. You will supervise staff, manage tenant relations, and oversee budgets, maintenance, and improvements for a 200,000 sq ft portfolio.

The role requires knowledge of leases, accounting software, and service contracts. Responsibilities include emergency response, monthly operating reports, and annual Income & Expense statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related property management experience.
• RPA or CPM designation required or in progress.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent ownership and coordinate tenant relations and meetings.
• Maintain lease terms, enforce lease provisions, and oversee billing.
• Inspect building, ensure energy efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee improvements, tenant build-outs, and maintenance work.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly variance reports, and operating reports.
• Be on call 24/7 for emergencies and supervise staff.
