Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Service Manager to oversee a multifamily property’s maintenance, make-ready, and rehab projects. You will lead the maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, and ensure timely unit turnover while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, and CPO/CAMT credentials. English literacy and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; five years of multifamily experience.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC/Freon Recovery certification required.
• City or State certifications/permits required; CAMT preferred; CPO required.
• Must perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and make-ready tasks.
• Must read/write English and use property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, supervise, train and schedule maintenance activities.
• Coordinate, schedule and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and make-ready tasks.
• Plan safety and skills training for maintenance staff.
• Identify hazardous conditions and address them to limit liability.
• Order supplies and manage the maintenance budget.
• Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
