Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a property with strong leadership and customer service. You will mentor associates, drive leasing campaigns, and manage budgets while ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance with applicable regulations.

The role requires coordinating with regional management, supervising on-site staff, and maintaining high standards of property upkeep and safety. A background in multi-family management and related licenses is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years property management experience preferred.
• Experience with affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of assigned property and supervision of associates.
• Evaluate performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Develop and execute marketing and advertising campaigns for leasing.
• Maintain rent collection procedures and deposit processing.
• Oversee vendor relations and ensure compliance with vendor policies.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting with Regional Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
• Ensure property grounds and facilities are clean and well maintained.
