Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Apply creative sales strategies to motivate leasing consultants and achieve occupancy goals.
• Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a highly skilled team; mentor property management staff.
• Coordinate leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease execution.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking for property goals.
• Support rent collection, delinquencies, and lease renewals; maintain records.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and tenant outreach to sustain high occupancy.
• Work with vendors/contractors to ensure quality services and timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with property management policies and fair housing regulations.
