Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Community Manager in Riverview, FL to lead property teams and drive revenue. You will supervise staff, hire and train new members, and implement leasing and marketing strategies to meet financial goals.

The role requires experience in multi-family property management, strong communication, and proficiency with property management software. Weekend work may be required; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience managing a team.
• 1-3 years of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills are essential.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and reporting databases.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members; hire, orient, and evaluate staff.
• Meet revenue goals by implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Model budgets, forecast, and analyze profitability; maintain financial records and invoices.
• Analyze market trends and suggest improvements for the property.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, evictions, and collections as per lease terms.
• Conduct property tours for clients/owners and report on performance; liaise with contractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and maintenance standards are met.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and market competition insights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
