RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead the property team and drive financial and operational success at a multi-family community in the Atlanta market.

You will hire, train, and manage staff while implementing leasing strategies, handling budgets, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Strong communication, vendor management, and a proactive approach to property maintenance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisor/manager experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience with leasing, marketing, and customer service in property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate property team members.
• Hire, onboard, and train new staff.
• Meet revenue goals through leasing strategies and marketing plans.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis for the property.
• Manage invoices and financial records.
• Oversee property maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Resolve resident concerns and ensure service standards.
• Analyze market trends and adjust operations accordingly.
