Job summary

The role requires proactive problem solving, adherence to Fair Housing laws, and effective collaboration with leadership to drive retention and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in property management or community management.
• Strong leadership and resident-relations skills.
• Experience with budgeting, rent rolls, and financial reports.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and regulatory compliance.
• Proven communication skills with residents, staff, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Manage resident relations and retention programs from move-in to move-out.
• Monitor budgets, rent roles, and occupancy goals; prepare monthly reports.
• Lead on-site staff and coordinate vendor relationships and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and community standards.
