Job summary

Avanath Capital is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee a community with a focus on resident satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role emphasizes fiduciary duties, staff leadership, and strict adherence to housing regulations.

The candidate will lead on-site operations, manage budgets, coordinate with regional leadership, and ensure excellent resident services while maintaining community standards and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations + Customer Service: Ensure a positive experience for the resident life-cycle from move-in to move-out.
• Fiduciary: Manage budgets, rent rolls, projections, and occupancy goals; produce monthly financials.
• Staff Leadership: Lead on-site operations, vendor relationships, and performance feedback.
• Adherence to Property Management Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines: Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and laws.
