Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Community Director to oversee on-site operations, maximize asset value, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA. You will lead the on-site team, coordinate projects, and maintain strong relationships with residents and owners.

This role requires strategic planning, budgeting input, and the ability to drive occupancy and revenue while upholding company culture and standards across multi-family properties.

Qualifications

• College degree is optional.
• Experience in property management and residential multi-housing principles.
• Ability to lead teams and manage sales, revenue/expense planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors on-site team and conducts daily huddles.
• Hires, onboards and trains team members and evaluates performance.
• Manages client/owner relationships and property performance updates.
• Assists in budgeting and analyzes financial statements for planning.
• Sets rent strategies to meet revenue targets and ensures timely deposits.
• Oversees vendor payments, invoices, and insurance certificates.
• Analyzes market trends to inform leasing and marketing strategies.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and addresses service issues promptly.
