Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors the on-site team with one-on-one coaching and daily huddles.
• Hires, onboards and trains team members and manages performance.
• Maintains client/owner relationships through meetings, tours, and updates.
• Develops budgets by analyzing financials and market data.
• Achieves revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and reporting.
• Oversees lease enforcement, notices, and eviction procedures.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property.
• Conducts regular property inspections and reports.
• Travel to properties and client meetings as needed.
