Gallery Residential is seeking a Community Director to lead the on-site team, manage operations, and drive financial performance for the property. You will align with owners' objectives, ensure compliance, and promote a strong company culture while delivering exceptional resident service.

This exempt, on-site role reports to the Regional Director and requires strong leadership, budgeting, and relationship-management skills to meet occupancy and revenue goals across the community.

Qualifications

• College degree is optional; progression in property management roles.
• Experience in sales, customer service, revenue/expense management.
• Financial planning and budgeting knowledge for property operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and mentor on-site team; set goals via mentoring and daily huddles.
• Hire, onboard, train, and manage team performance per policies.
• Manage client/owner relationships; present property performance updates.
• Contribute to budget development by analyzing financial data and reports.
• Meet revenue targets; set rents and ensure timely collection and deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices; verify insurance certificates and codes.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention; address service requests.
• Ensure maintenance team meets company standards and safety.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and appeal.
• Complete accounting/admin reports; perform other duties as needed.
• Oversee lease enforcement; conduct inspections and apply notices.
• Maintain predictable attendance and be able to work on-site.
