Gallery Residential seeks a Community Director to lead on-site teams, manage operations, and drive occupancy and financial performance in our multi-family communities. You will oversee budgeting, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while upholding company policies and compliance.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the Regional Director and requires strong leadership, collaboration, and a track record of delivering results.

Formación

• College degree is optional; progressive responsibility in property management.
• Experience in sales, customer service, and financial planning for property operations.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and manage vendor relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and mentors property on-site team through goals and daily huddles.
• Hires, onboards and trains team; manages performance.
• Assists in managing the client/owner relationship with updates and tours.
• Provides input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and marketing data.
• Meets target revenues by setting rent rates and ensuring timely collections and reporting.
• Oversees invoices, insurance validity, and coding across accounts.
• Gathers market trends and implements leasing/marketing strategies.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by addressing questions and service issues.
• Ensures maintenance staff comply with standards and safety requirements.
• Conducts regular property inspections to meet safety and appearance standards.
