• Approves invoices and ensures insurance certificates and coding.
• Analyzes market trends and implements marketing/leasing strategies.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and handles service issues.
• Oversees maintenance to meet standards; handle stressful environment.
• Conducts property inspections for safety and appearance.
• Completes accounting, reports, and other duties.
• Oversees lease enforcement, notices, evictions, late fees.
• Maintains attendance and physical demands compliance.
