Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in property management or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of property management experience, lease-up preferred.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community to meet financial and occupancy goals.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
• Maintain records such as rent rolls and delinquency reports and submit timely.
• Respond to resident concerns to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop retention programs and communications like newsletters and events.
• Ensure property appearance is maintained and service requests are met promptly.
• Lead staff training and scheduling to optimize performance.
• Manage leasing and renewal processes with strong sales and customer service.
• Support compliance with all applicable laws and company procedures.
