Job summary

Rose Associates seeks a service-oriented Resident Experience Associate to support daily resident life at a Manhattan community. The role blends resident communication, move coordination, programming, and admin follow-through, working with the GM, community team, maintenance, concierge, and leasing partners.

This is an on-site office position. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple requests with discretion while ensuring resident satisfaction and timely

Qualifications

• Experience in resident services or hospitality roles within a property setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and follow-through abilities with multi-tasking capacity.
• Ability to handle confidential resident information discreetly and professionally.
• Familiarity with Yardi, BuildingLink or similar resident management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an annual calendar of resident events and programs.
• Coordinate event logistics, vendors, budgets, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage resident communications via email, BuildingLink, and other channels.
• Track inquiries and follow up with residents, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules and related building procedures.
• Provide administrative support and maintain organized records for the team.
