Rose Associates is seeking a vibrant and experienced Resident Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential rental community in New York. You will lead the building services team, manage vendor performance, and ensure resident satisfaction and financial success.

Duties include maintaining building systems, supervising staff, enforcing safety, coordinating preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local laws.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years in maintenance and staff management.
• Experience opening a new construction/lease-up building.
• Improve building efficiency with sustainable energy practices and modern security technologies.
• Proficient with mechanical systems for cost-effective solutions.
• Hold required certificates: S12, S13, S-95, P-99, EPA 608.
• Strong communication with staff and senior management.
• Work authorization required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily property operations.
• Prioritize tenant concerns and ensure timely maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and compliance with audits and laws.
• Negotiate and manage service contracts; oversee vendor quotes and tasks.
• Assist in budget development and management for building maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and supervise construction projects.
• Oversee staffing and ensure optimal workforce management.
• Must be on-site and able to meet tenants, staff, vendors, and visitors.
