Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school graduate.
• 5 Years of progressive Operations Management experience.
• Community Association License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Receiving Operations, Pool Operations and Security Operations to deliver the Resident experience.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and brand compliance across all community operations.
• Hire, train and develop staff; manage onboarding, scheduling and vendor relationships.
