Job summary

Thrive Communities in Portland is seeking a full-time property operations associate to handle income collection, accounts payable, and resident relations across multiple sites.

You will market and lease communities, greet prospective residents, and coordinate maintenance while traveling within the Greater Portland area as needed. A strong background in property management and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.
• Accounts Payable experience or paying/entering invoices.
• Driver's license required and ability to travel across the Greater Portland area.
• Willingness to travel to Bend, Oregon, on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Income Collection & Accounts Payable: maintain resident records, update rents, deposits and fees, issue notices as needed, and process deposits.
• Resident Relations: foster community and maintain positive relations; inspect properties and coordinate maintenance.
• Marketing: manage ads on Craigslist and other listing services; support leasing and resident retention.
• Administrative: update reports, file leases, proofread paperwork, process move-ins/outs, and handle service requests.
• General: perform additional duties and travel frequently within the Portland area.
